| I bought this specifically to use as a multi page sheet feeding scanner and it works great for that purpose. Costs a fraction of other dedicated sheet feeding scanners. I have run 10-15 pages at a time through the feeder without any problems. Highly recommended for this purpose. |

| I needed a multi-page document scanner and this one does the job!! No hiccups. Scans multiple pages with no problems. I have owned this machine for about one year and LOVE it! Am purchasing a second one to keep in my car so I can take my office mobile. I read one reviewer's comment about cover open alert: there's a compartment in the very back that comes off if you push the paper tray in too hard. It is very easy to miss that it's "open" and I found it by accident. Very easy to push back in and begin operation! |

| I have had my MFC-3360C since 2006 and have not regretted purchasing it. I work as an Assistant for a large corporation and I use the scanner function more often than any of the other functions. I am able to scan documents/purchase orders into email quickly. When paper is installed correctly there aren't any paper jams. I am also able to fax documents straight from my computer. This little all-in-one machine is so reliable that we have ordered each of our buyers one to have in their office. One neat function is being able to program the device settings from my computer without having to manually program them. I open up the controlcenter, click on device settings, and then click on remote settings. Brother International has a great website that I often visit to view any updates as well as their other products. This all-in-one is very user friendly for those who know a little about these products. Often times when there are problems with these products it's not the product but the operator. Always read through the accompanying product manual, software help, and also the manufacturer's website. Most machines are not used to rough handling so be gentle. |

| I bought this as a stop-gap when my old fax machine died. I paid only $[...] after a rebate. I've realized that the machine is amazing value for money. Printing quality is very good for both faxing and copying. When copying you can scale the output size. The quality of color copies is also good. Fax transmission software is excellent. Even with an answering machine on the same line (and I couldn't set them up in series the way the manual described, because the machines were in different rooms), the fax software manages to ignore the answering machine message and successfully receives faxes. The scanning software will generate a pdf file embedded in MSWord (plus many other formats). I haven't tried OCR yet. The paper tray is fragile but I've had no problems with paper jams. It has many other features that I haven't tried yet like color faxing, delayed faxing, batch transmission, broadcast faxing, and voice and fax transmission on one call. Amazing. |

| In all due respect to the fellow who posted the last review on this item...I have found really NOTHING I DISLIKE about this Brother MFC3360C. I happened to get an AWESOME price, so I really had low expectations to begin with. I only paid 65.00 OUT the door(inc. shipping) for this NEW item. I have found it prints very well. It copies,scans, and faxes well too. The only negative thing I would say about it is, there is no backlight for the LCD display, other than that, I think I got a STEAL on this item. I would very much recommend this item to anyone looking for an all in one machine. Now, as for BIG BUSINESS use... THAT I wouldnt know about, as I use it strictly at home, but has worked without fail! I hope this review helped you in deciding. |
